Konbanwa!

Good Evening! Well, I decided that I needed to put down some thoughts tonight. As I read through other peoples blogs I notice that people really do put whatever comes to mind! For some odd reason I have tried to think of things and nothing comes to mind to blog! I have just decided to just start writing. Its kind of like in the movie "Finding Nemo," "just keep swimming, just keep swimming." Yes, I know that it is a stretch, but hey! that's what came to mind. So, I believe that I am going to put down some of my soap boxes tonight. Yes, that could be dangerous, but I will try to keep it positive.

1. Everyone, and I do mean everyone, complaining about the rain!! Here is my thought on that: "Would you rather the rain or fire?" Every single person I have asked has said "rain." So why are you complaining? If we don't have the rain, we will have fire!! Its simple. Basically what it boils down to is that we are not capable of being satisfied....period!

2. National Presidential debates, when it is not even close to being an election year!!! This is getting to be ridiculous! Pretty soon we are going to have debates, not for this upcoming term, but for the following one! Why not start 10 years in advance?? The amount of money that is being raised is astronomical. I saw today that Barrack Obama raised 32 million in the second quarter of this year alone!! One quarter?!? Really? Hmm...

And finally...this is important! Actually, I wanted to have a lighter note.

3. People who stop on the on-ramp to the highway! Can I get an amen?? There is really no explanation or ranting needed on this one. I know that there are some "interesting" drivers everywhere, but for some reason Oklahoma has a larger than normal population of people who stop or slow down when getting on the highway! Good grief!

OK, now I know why people just write on these blogs so freely. I feel better! I really do! Sure, I probably didn't change any lives, but I feel more free in life!

Well on that note, I am going to sign off for the evening.

Amen to #3!!! I'm feeling some road rage inside of me just thinking about that. haha. You'll have to let me know how the drivers in Japan are once you get over there.
